Plant-based chocolate flowing

For 6 persons


  • 150g of dark chocolate min.52% cocoa

  • 70g of vegetable margarine

  • 140ml soy milk

  • 40g of sugar

  • 50g flour


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Melt the chocolate, margarine and soy drink in the microwave or in a bain-marie and mix until smooth and homogeneous.

  3. Add the sugar and flour then mix well.

  4. Distribute the preparation in a previously greased muffin mold. For an even runnier center, it is possible to add a square of chocolate to the center of the fondant before baking.

  5. Bake for 9-10 minutes (variable time depending on your oven).

  6. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before unmolding. Serve while still warm.

It is possible to store the fondants in the refrigerator once cooked to serve them immediately.

You will then need to reheat them in the oven for 5 minutes. at 200°C.
