General conditions of sale of products sold on oxaliscuisine.com

Article 1: object

​

These conditions govern the sales by Oxalis gastronomy vegetal 61 Avenue de Visé 1170 Watermael-Boisfort of courses and training in vegetal cuisine.

Article 2 - Price

​

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.

Oxalis vegetable gastronomy reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of Oxalis vegetarian gastronomy until full payment of the price.

Article 3 - Orders

​

You can place an order on www.oxaliscuisine.com/reservation.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated.  

Oxalis vegetable gastronomy reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.

Article 4 - Validation of your order

​

Any order appearing on the oxaliscuisine.com website implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.  

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. 

You declare to have full knowledge of it.  

The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.  

A summary of your order information will be sent to you via your order confirmation email address.

Article 5 - Payment

​

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.  

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the Billetweb secure system. 

The card is debited only when the order is dispatched. In case of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.

Article 6- Availability

​

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the oxaliscuisine.com site and within the limits of available places.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.  

In addition, the oxaliscuisine.com website is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Consequently, Oxalis vegetarian gastronomy reserves the right to refuse orders for more than 10 identical items.

Article 7 - Delivery

​

The ordered products are sent to the email address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.

Article 8 - Postponement or cancellation by Oxalis: plant-based gastronomy

​

Oxalis: vegetable gastronomy reserves the right to cancel or modify the composition and/or dates and times of courses, depending on the number of participants, contingencies linked to product supplies and/or by virtue of the precautionary principle. Users who have already made a reservation for a canceled course will be notified using the email address provided when booking. They will then be offered two options: change their course for a course of the same value (subject to space availability in the course schedule), or have the price of the reservation refunded free of charge.

Article 9 - Postponement or cancellation by a participant

​

Postponement or cancellation can only be taken into account provided that the course participant notifies Oxalis: vegetable gastronomy by email (oxaliscuisine@gmail.com) at least 7 days before the start of the training, classes or fine dining.

If this formalism is not respected, Oxalis: vegetable gastronomy will not be able to accept the postponement or cancellation of the training, course or fine dining. The course participant can only postpone their course or training once (this is not available for fine dining).

For any cancellation communicated more than 7 days before the course or training, the total amount (except operating costs taken by the Billetweb platform) will be refunded.

For any cancellation communicated less than 7 days before the course, training or fine dining, no refund will be possible but the participant can request a postponement to another course/training if the request is received 72 hours before the date of the course/training. The postponement is not available for fine dining.

After this deadline, no refund or transfer will be authorized.

Article 10 - Absence (only for the “Basics of plant-based cooking” training)

​

It is strongly recommended to attend each of the scheduled courses. However, a lesson missed for a valid reason (illness, planned trip, etc.) and for which you have notified us in advance by e-mail, can be recovered during a session organized during a following session. The necessary condition for recovery is to notify us of your absence, by email, no later than 12 hours before the course. You will then receive a confirmation of agreement by return email which must be kept in your memory. Then, you will need to send us a request email mentioning the desired replacement session as well as our previous confirmation of agreement. You will receive recovery confirmation again.

The courses can only be collected within the “Basics of plant-based cooking” training cycle.

Please note, this is exclusively applicable for the “Basics of plant-based cooking” training.

Article 11 - Respect for the place, equipment and people

​

In the event of non-compliance with the location, the materials provided, the trainers or other students, Comme une Poule reserves the right to immediately exclude the person concerned from the course without reimbursement.

​

Article 12 - Commercial use of course and training content

​

Excluding professional training, the courses are intended for individuals. Their content is therefore not intended for commercial use. Any sale, reproduction or distribution of course material without prior agreement is prohibited. Sharing course content, including recipes transmitted and course materials, is prohibited in a professional context (non-exhaustive list: catering, running workshops, publishing, content on social networks, etc.) without our prior agreement.

Article 13 - Gift vouchers

​

Offer a gift voucher: gift vouchers with an unlimited validity date are available for group cooking classes, training, home cooking classes and home chef services. These vouchers are not nominative. Once payment has been made, a confirmation email containing the personalized voucher in PDF format will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. I will only contact you by email, via the email address provided when booking. Make sure you provide a valid email address. Oxalis: vegetable gastronomy cannot be held responsible in the event of an invalid e-mail address or e-mail received in spam. ​

Use a gift voucher: the recipient of the voucher must reserve their course, training or home chef service by contacting me by email at oxaliscuisine@gmail.com. No refunds will be made. A gift voucher can only be used for the service mentioned on it.

Article 14 - Liability

​

The products offered comply with current Belgian legislation.

Furthermore, Oxalis: vegetable gastronomy cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased. Finally, Oxalis: vegetable gastronomy cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 15 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

​

The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 16 - Intellectual property

​

All elements of the oxaliscuisine.com site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Oxalis: plant-based gastronomy. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Oxalis vegetable gastronomy.

Article 17 - Personal data

They are necessary to manage your order, as well as to improve the services and information that we send to you. They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. In accordance with Belgian law (Law of December 8, 1992 relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, amended by the law of December 11, 1998 transposing directive 95/46/EC of October 24 1995 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data), you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to nominative information and personal data concerning you, directly on the website.

Article 18 - Archiving of evidence

​

Oxalis: vegetable gastronomy will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy. The computerized records of Oxalis: plant-based gastronomy will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
